Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.akaks.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Production And Shipping

Production Time

Once your order is placed, it will be confirmed by our inventory and quality control team. If everything is correct (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.), they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This process takes 1-3 business days.

Each dress is made-to-order by our tailors, with a standard production cycle of 4 weeks. You can also choose our rush service, and we will prioritize your order, shortening the production cycle to 2 weeks for an additional fee of $40. The turnaround time is the same for both standard size and custom dresses.

(Note: All custom orders are final orders.)

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your item(s) have been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order in the Order Tracking section.

Damages

Akaks is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Rates & Estimate Delivery Dates

Currently, we offer both standard and expedited shipping options to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Shipping costs are determined by the chosen shipping method, item type, and the quantity ordered. See the chart below for details:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Akaks is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
